Constitution Day Debate

For the sixth consecutive year, RUDU will be putting on a debate on Constitution Day along with the┬áDarien Civic Education Project in the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. This year’s debate will be on September 20th, the following topic: “Resolved: The United States should amend the Constitution to abolish the Electoral College and elect the President and Vice-President by national popular vote.” Free food and drink will be provided.

Trump vs Hillary Debate

For the first time since the widely publicized Condoleeza Rice debates in 2014, RUDU is partnering with the Rutgers University Student Assembly (RUSA) to bring to Rutgers a mock presidential debate! The event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 11th.
